A much loved page in memory of Pamela, who fought a brave courageous battle over the last 10 months against Bowel cancer.
Pam was a truly inspirational lady whose smile was infectious and whose presence made the world a better place.
She will be missed dearly & forever in our hearts.
All donations to Hospice at Home, an incredible charity that were by my Mums side till the very end. We will always be eternally grateful for all that they did.
